If you need essential medical attention please continue to contact us by phone. You can request a call  with a GP each morning from 8.30-10.30, depending upon GP availability. Please give the staff a brief summary of the reason you are contacting the surgery. We will then decide upon the most appropriate person & the best method to contact you. The majority of contact will be by telephone, or photo/video link if necessary. you may also be offered a face-to-face appointment if deemed appropriate.

If you come to the medical centre for any reason, please wear an appropriate face covering.

Please order prescriptions via phone or online, allowing at least 2 working days for this service. Prescriptions will be sent directly to your designated pharmacy. Please protect community pharmacy staff and ensure someone who is well and not at risk collects your script for you.

Medical certificates/letters may be posted to your address. These can no longer be collected at the medical centre.

Ensure STRICT hand hygiene.

Please do not enter the medical centre unless you have been asked to do so by a GP.

If you are suffering from any of the following symptoms you should stay at home and follow public health guidance.

  • New continuous cough
  • High temperature
  • Loss of or change in sense of smell or taste

You do not need to speak to a GP unless

  • You are no better after 7 days
  • Your condition deteriorates

FLU VACCINES

From October onwards, we are planning a number of flu clinics, mainly on Thursday afternoons and Saturdays.Covid restrictions present new challenges for us, and we have to find new safe ways of delivering very large numbers of flu vaccines to all of our At Risk patients, especially those most vulnerable.

All At Risk patients will receive a letter with an allocated day and time slot for their flu vaccine, and we appreciate your co-operation.We are on a tight schedule to deliver large numbers, so please attend at your allocated time.

Thank you for your patience and understanding, we are working as hard as we can to deliver the flu vaccine programme.
